During the maintenance of workings, effects soil rock heaving, caused by plastic deformation and extrusion into excavation cavity under action pressure, are usually eliminated. The identified patterns change in stress-strain state coal-rock massifs (displacements, stresses, cracking zones), depending on main mining-geological mining-technical factors will allow to establish optimal parameters anchoring, technological schemes for decreasing heaving mine workings increase stability preparatory have been developed. development improvement existing technologies effective safe stiffening near-soil rocks at conducting flat inclined coal seams were substantiated. modelling SSS shows that both side-rock ground deformations predominantly influenced side anchorage which results reduction surrounding working a decrease gas release from massif. It is established stresses in-soil anchors rather than ones.
